2 WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD OR LOG IN DETAILS?

You can click the 'log in' button in the top-right corner, and simply click 'Forgot password' to enter your email address to reset your password.
 

3 HOW TO MESSAGE TEACHERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS BEFORE BOOKING A TRIAL MEETING?

You can browse staff profiles on our ‘Meet The Staff' page, and click ‘Message Me’ to say hello, describe your learning goals or job request. You will need to sign up to do this.
 

4 WHERE WILL LESSONS TAKE PLACE? WHERE WILL WE MEET ONLINE?

You can agree with your teacher between the platform of your choosing, such as Google Meets or Microsoft Teams. 
 

5 HOW LONG ARE LESSONS AND WHAT IS THE COST? CAN I BUY ONE BY ONE OR PACKAGE ONLY?

Each lesson lasts 50 minutes, and each teacher has their own personal price for individual lessons, as well as money-saving packages for 1 month, 3 months or 6 months.

6 HOW DO I SCHEDULE PACKAGE LESSONS? IS THERE A TIME LIMIT?

Time limit details are described in each teacher's student package offer.

To schedule lessons, you can access the teacher’s calendar through their profile page. There, you can find the option to book a trial meeting, single lesson, or to choose from one of our packages. Upon purchasing a package, the lessons will be added to your balance and you will be able to schedule them in the teacher’s calendar.
 

7 WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?

Payment must be made via IBAN or Paypal. You will be guided to the payment screen upon booking through the teacher's calendar. Please note that any attempt to bypass the system and organise outside of the site will result in a permanent ban.

8 WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE TRIAL MEETING WITH THE TUTOR?

The initial meeting lasts 20 minutes, is free of charge and is intended for the potential student and tutor to introduce themselves, discuss learning goals and teaching methods, and give the chance to ask any questions. Actual tutoring classes should not be expected as this will begin in paid classes.
 

9 IS THERE A STANDARD OF BEHAVIOUR IN LESSONS?

All students and tutors are expected to read and agree to the code of conduct at the time of entry to the site. This can be found here.
 

10 WHAT IF I WASN’T HAPPY WITH MY LESSON?
